Erica Peitler is a pharmacist and an internationally respected business leader with 20-years of experience as a corporate transformational change agent. With a Division Management background spanning large P+L/Operational responsibility (ranging from $60M to $400M in revenues), Board Level Strategic Growth Initiatives, serving as the Chief Scientific Officer for a Consumer Healthcare organization as well as being asked to lead several start-up entrepreneurial initiatives within larger infrastructures, Erica has been selected throughout her professional career to lead, grow and transform brands, people and organizations.

Now, as a professionally trained and certified leadership coach, Erica is pursuing her passion of helping people discover, create and express themselves as leaders. With an engaging, provocative and fun style, Erica helps leaders shape their growth potential by reaching beyond their comfort level and imagination as they pursue becoming the leaders they desire to be in their professional and personal life.

Erica is also a Group Chair with Vistage International, the leading CEO membership organization in the world with over 15,000 members in 16 countries. She facilitates meetings with 15-18 CEO's each month in the New Jersey area and provides Executive Leadership Coaching to each member.
